Customer Support Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic FigLeaf Customer Support Representativeto work on providing world class app support around the globe!

Main responsibilities:

• Support and provide world-class customer service chat or helpdesk;
• Resolve billing requests via phone;
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Handle and resolve customer complaints;
• Troubleshoot software-related issues on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android;
• Provide fast feedback and report bugs about the software issues;
• Help to improve app functionality by collecting and processing corresponding reports offered by the development team.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

• Experience in application troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
• Flexibility and ability to work in the startup mode;
• Strong problem solving and research skills;
• English Level - Upper-Intermediate (B2) with strong speaking skills;
• Ability to learn and adapt fast;
• Customer-oriented nature;
• Stress tolerance and decision-making;
• Ability to work in team;
• High ability to demonstrate and present our solutions to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Driven and motivated mindset;
• Willingness and possibility to work on night shifts.

Software support experience - will be a great plus!
