RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and implementation of competitive SEO strategies
• Overseeing the execution of the holistic SEO strategy, in regard to keyword selection and utilization, content, site architecture, and link-building
• Setting up analytics on the website and monitoring its effectiveness
• Research and provide recommendations on crucial points of site improvement for SERP
• SEO analysis including back-link analysis, on-page optimization, content analysis, SERM analysis
• Сollaborating with Product Management and Web Development teams to communicate the requirements for SEO and recommend highest-value keywords for content
• Build competitive semantic core
• Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
• Work with the Web Development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on entire domain
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Manage projects related to SEO improvements including link-building campaigns, domain improvements, and on- and off-page testing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Development and implementation of competitive SEO strategies
• BS/BA degree required
• 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a plus.
• A strong understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• A strong understanding of white hat SEO best practices, like user content optimization, meta-data optimization, SEO-friendly site architecture
• Vast experience and expertise in keyword research/keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, SemRush, Key Collector, etc.)
• Experience of working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (other analytics tools)
• Strong knowledge of different SEO tools (Search Console, Moz, Screaming Frog, SemRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experience in technical SEO
• Experience managing content teams and firms focused on distributing high-quality content on high authority sites that are relevant and on brand
• Self-motivated and independent, well-organized, able to do hands-on work and analysis with minimum supervision and works well with all staff levels
• English upper-intermediate
