Project Manager

We're building the first and only total Privacy app for individual users because we believe: WHEN PRIVACY IS A CHOICE, HUMANITY IS FREE.We are looking to expand our PM/Operations team with strong managers who will help us align efforts of Engineering, Marketing and Product teams and achieve delivery excellence within our internal privacy startup.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of several development teams or service teams (like UX/UI designers, marketing) within Agile methodology
• Full-cycle Project Management (from initiation till closure) including, but not limited to performing a role of Scrum Master
• Ensure the quality of the process and deliverables: development process optimization
• Reporting to Head of Operations / PMO
• Dependency management
• Risk assessment and mitigation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Technology Manager (product company experience is preferable)
• Good communication skills; good at spoken/written English
• Experience working in agile projects
• Technical background is a big plus (programming / testing / BA)
• Scrum Master experience as a plus
