Online privacy is a growing challenge and having control over it really hasn't been an option, until now. ZEO Alliance is building an intuitive, cross-platform app that allows people to control their own privacy and access to the personal data on their own terms.

This solution will give people the ability to understand what personal data have been exposed, secure their information and control how it is being used.

ROLE:

This role is opened in Core Product Team and based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create tech documentation (use cases, acceptance criteria, specifications)
• Prepare graphics schemes and flow diagrams for the specified parameters
• Detect, track changes and update existing documentation in accordance with software releases on a regular basis
• Create educational materials for new users, help systems
• Define, report and suggest improvements to requirements-related conflicts and issues
• Prioritize requirements and manage their allocation. Define non-functional requirements including external interfaces and constraints
• Contribute to the corporate knowledge base
• Interact with product managers, UX/UI, engineering (developers, QA) and compliance teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• A clear understanding of principles and specifics of software development methodologies
• Knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques
• Awareness of latest IT industry and digitalization trends
• Knowledge of business process optimization and modeling approaches
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
• Knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Invision)
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-confidence and ability to handle rejection and accept criticism
• 2 years of experience in business analysis
