We are recruiting an international journalist with experience in B2B media and skilled in investigation, analysis on different channels. We work with a small-sized multi-cultural team in 6 countries within a global group.

Responsibilities:

·        Search on internet specific information concerning the fresh fruit & vegetables industry. You will check different sources, eventually call professionals and write specific news to be published on Fructidor.com website. You will also take care of collecting photos.

·        Call professionals recommended by Sales team (fruit importers, exporters, equipment specialists...)  and create specific content to be published on Fructidor.com.

·        Participate in trade shows, interview management of huge companies, make photos, create video content or podcasts, written interviews

·        To accomplish his/her mission, the Editor will benefit from daily training and assistance from our Editors and Sales Managers.

·        Mission will be done mainly on the phone at home-office 85% of the time + daily exchanges with company senior manager + weekly reporting + 5-6 trips per year (obligatory, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, USA, Hong Kong, Greece… could be something else), every trip will take 3-5 business days

·      candidate could also translate daily news for  a small part of her time (if candidate speaks Spanish, Italian or French in addition)

Requirements:

·        skilled to write on a professional level in English  (additional advantage Spanish, could be Italian, French)

·        experience in B2B journalism 3 years +

·        experience in creating / editing videos and podcasts is a plus

·        enjoy working at Home-office and traveling

·        self-organized, to interact with professionals at the best period of the year, depending on customers products.

·        service-oriented in order to create loyalty with customers

·        to value stability, as fruit industry is a specific one.

·        ability to create a trust-relationship, personal approach in order to create customer loyalty in a BtoB environment

·        candidate will need a computer to connect to company information system

·        A position in a small company (15 persons) that operates internationally. Headoffice is based in France with a multi-cultural team.

·        Work at home-office with clear communication with head office & other team members

·        Daily assistance by a Content Manager expert in fruit industry.

·        25 working days (5 weeks) of vacation paid after 1 year with the company + Local bank holiday paid (after 1 year)

·        Remuneration depending on profile and experience, is connected to the exchange rate €
