Test Engineering Manager

We are a full-cycle electronics manufacturing company. Our product range includes more than 50 devices and hits the markets in over 130 countries.

The production process is provided by 4 departments: SMT-department, THT-mounting, semi-finished products and finished products. Additionally, the experimental and technological department and quality control department.

We seek a maintenance manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, control and monitoring of the maintenance
• Technical support for development and organization of engineering systems projects
• Developing maintenance plans and repair equipment instalations
• Development of instructions in accordance with the company’s internal standard
• Сalculation and ordering of spare parts and materials for equipment
• Developing and executing training plans for maintenance workers
• Сonducting job interviews and selecting staff
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the main metrics of the department: TD, MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance in time, Spare Parts cost

Requirements:

• Technical education
• Work experience in a similar position
• Practical experience of implementing Lean manufacturing
