We are looking for a Head of Solution Delivery towards Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia accounts, covering the Digital Services portfolio in Core, Cloud and OSS.

The selected Candidate will lead a dynamic, flexible, and program-oriented organization, ensuring flawless continuation of the current project portfolio, and seamless transition towards agile delivery models.

The teams in this organization will consist of a few technical pre-sales specialists and various service delivery profiles, such as Solution Architects, Integration Engineers, Subject Matter Exerts, and Customer Project Managers. The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Solutions Eurasia (CCO). 


•Overall responsible and accountable for Solution Pre-Sales and subsequent Service Delivery for the specific customer
•Solution Offering, including alignment with back office on solution standardization, Industrialized Work Packages and moving from resource-based to scope-based delivery
•Setting the Delivery Mix Strategy (Local/Global resource hubs)
•People management, including Resource planning and Management, Recruitment, and Competence Development
•Managing unit financials
•Personal engagement on selected priority customer opportunities in Program Manager and/or Solution Architect role
•Implement one line of accountability, customer focus, and employee development
•Own program and project delivery accountability, people management, service delivery strategy and execution towards the customer
•Sometimes be a leading Solution Architect and/or Program Manager
•The role is targeted on: Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Working Capital Days. and measured primarily on: Add-On-Sales, Delivery Quality, Blended Rate, and Billability


Profile


•At least ten (10) years of pertinent experience with three (3) to five (5) years of related service delivery experience
•At least 3 years of team or unit Leadership experience
•Strong background and mature attitude on Customer-facing work
•Strong understanding of financial & commercial aspects as well as the pillars in delivery: Processes/Procedures, People/Organization, Tools/Systems
•Strong Telecom Core technical knowledge and background in Digital Services portfolio
•Experience in leading major cultural and operational transformation
•Strong consultative skills and ability to manage customer engagement at all levels up to technical management; C-level engagement experience an advantage
•Passion for customer business, service orientation
•Passion for innovation, technology and simplification
