HR&Resource Planning Assistant

Your main tasks will be:

• Providing support in planning of manpower for project execution
• Monitoring assignment of the available resources of Ukraine, Russia, & CIS region
• Forecasting deficiency of manpower
• Analyzing and planning training needs
• Support blue collars' evaluation process
• Assisting in recruitment of technicians
• Entering and processing related information in internal ERP systems
