Launch & portfolio expansion manager CIS

Description of Position

To support Regional Marketing and Affiliate Marketers with the leadership and direction to achieve on-time planning and execution in Portfolio Expansion Projects, Launches, coordinating successful implementation of Launch plans all over the CIS Region using Launch Excellence tools to ensure KPIs achievement.

Core job responsibilities:

LAUNCH AND MARKETING PLAN PREPARATION AND REVIEW

• Coordinate detailed market analysis, assess potential of new products, prepare business cases and present to team Products potential identification and prioritization
• Build FC and P&L for launch products among marketers

STRATEGIC FOCUS & PLANNING

• Cross-functional collaboration with Regional and global Functions: Business Development, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Supply & Demand, Sales, Medicals, Market Access.
• Coordinate Global Portfolio Expansion Projects, close communication with CIS TA Leaders and Global Team regarding new opportunities.
• Support Affiliates in new products analysis, evaluate the market potential of new products.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Translate strategy into implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members and manage the process.
• maintain Launch Excellence Process and appropriate tools to maximize launch success.
• Manage interactions with cross-functional team using Launch tools (Launch Excellence tracker, Post-Launch Excellence tracker).
• Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized/ optimized.

Expertise:

• Education: University degree preferably in Marketing, Medical field as a plus
• Experience: Preferably at least 5 years of Marketing experience within international pharmaceutical companies. Experience in Business Development will be a plus
• Experience in successful launches
• Strong experience with marketing analytical systems, forecasting and business case preparation
• Fluency in English, efficient Computer Skills
