Mobile Team Lead

• Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on mobile development experience, including but not limited to hybrid Ionic/Capacitor, Native Script, and iOS/Android SDK.
  
• Experience with integrating REST API.
• Practical understanding of modern mobile and web technologies, including PHP, HTTP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and AJAX.
• Experience with mobile auto-testing: Appium, WebdriverIO/protractor, etc.
• Team management experience.
  
• Experience contributing to the delivery of a polished, tested product successfully to the public app store.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with source control (Git).
• Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow technical specifications and production processes.
• Experience with automation, continuous integration, unit testing, change management and configuration management, code reviews.
• Experience with AngularJS framework and TypeScript
• Analytical skills.
• A passion for enhancing the lives of mobile users through mobile/web applications.
• Curiosity and excitement for new technologies/techniques.

Will be a plus:

• Experience/familiarity with integrating major 3rd party APIs (Google Maps, Stripe API, Dwolla API, etc).
• Experience with Fastlane or similar tool
• Experience with server-side scripting (PHP, NodeJS, etc).
• Experience with bash scripting
• Experience with WebSockets
• Experience in team management
• Experience in writing standards and conventions
  

Responsibilities:

• Team management. Daily stand-ups.  Interviews with new candidates.  Evaluation of work quality after the release.
• Code Review. Development of standards, code conventions, etc.
• Responsibility for deployment/delivery of IOS / Android application.
• Team development strategy planning.  Participation in the IDP planning.
• Regulation of technical debt and planning of frameworks updates, new versions of programming languages.
• Monitoring of logs on mobile applications and planning of the appropriate fixes, refactoring.
