Reputation manager

Devellar is an e-commerce company that provides B2C services in education (global English-speaking markets). Now we are looking for an Reputation manager.

To develop and implement the online presence strategy about the company's products. To monitor and react to customers' and competitors' reviews.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the strategy to increase the presence of positive information about the company's products
• Monitoring and reaction to reviews in the online space: social networks, review websites, etc.
• Customer engagement to leave feedbacks in the online space
• Composing a system of answers to reputational issues for Sales/Support functions
• Systematic reporting on the results of reputation management activities

What we expect:

• Experience in PR and/or online reputation management
• Experience with online negative content
• Strong understanding of online promotion instruments (SEO, PPC, PR, Email, crowd marketing, etc.)
• Systematic and analytical thinking

Would be a plus:

• Experience in e-commerce
• Experience in working with foreigners
• Successful online promotion cases
