Affiliate Manager

Devellar is an e-commerce company that provides B2C services in education

(global English-speaking markets).

Now we are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Marketing team.

Requirements:

• English level - intermediate +;

• Ability to negotiate cooperation with advertising platforms and webmasters;

• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing;

• Have excellent communication skills and be result-oriented;

Responsibilities:

• Search for new affiliate partners and maintain existing relationships;

• Recruiting new affiliates to run CPA, CPI, and CPL campaigns;

• Help grow revenue through affiliate marketing activity and increase ROI;

• Results analysis of past campaign data to influence future campaigns or opportunities;

• Develop new opportunities by keeping in close contact with industry events;

• Development of bonus programs and promotions for attracting new affiliates;

• Negotiating terms of the deal (rates & payment schedule);

• Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI;

• Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend;

• Weekly reports and performance analysis to senior management;

• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme;
