Required skills:
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience;
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques;
- Good knowledge and practical experience of interviewing candidates;
- Knowledge and understanding of stages in recruitment process and their influence on result;
- Ability to build relationships with candidates;
- Knowledge and ability to pass on the candidates in a polite way;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to keep focus on result as well as observing the process, flexibility, stress-resistance;
- Advanced level of English.
Would be an advantage:
- Ability to explore new positions independently;
- Experience of communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Providing full-cycle recruitment activities;
- Filling different technical and non-technical positions;
- Labor market screening and monitoring;
- HR-interview conduction;
- Candidates database maintenance;
- Preparation different reports upon request.
