Senior Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to help us with staffing international startup teams.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in IT recruiting for different roles;

Positive manner of communication;

Experience of work with different software tools to find the information you need;

Experience in labor market researches creation;

Experience using Recruiting ATS. Knowledge of the most popular metrics in recruiting and the ability to calculate them;

Upper-Intermediate English.

Will be a plus:

Experience working in outstaffing domain;

Interest to HR support tasks.
