Commercial Specialist

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Commercial Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage order processing and forecasting accuracy for specific brands/channels: vaccines, oncology, general medicines in tender channel, other;
• Manage the discount process - preparation and approval;
• Coordinate and support vaccines and oncology business - act as a central point of contact with distributors and internal stakeholders;
• Provide distributors with all the information on Sanofi activity for mentioned portfolios and answer their daily requests;
• Support specialty care products' launch (commercial and distribution activities);
• Support and drive Tender Matrix pricing procedure;
• Support the purchasing process of targeted products in private channel in coordination with BU, Institutional Manager, KAMs and distributors;
• Ensure a network of relations within affiliate (from office to KAMs).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: University Degree;
• Commercial, Logistic or Distribution background
• Understanding of commercial business processes (including clients' management)
• Understanding of GtN operations (discounts, CNs, other)
• Knowledge of key pharma distributors' market in Ukraine
• Understanding of tender procedures for pharmaceutical products;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Developed communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to build cross-functional collaboration
