Brand Manager Vaccines

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Brand Manager Vaccines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop long and short-term business and marketing plans for products under assigned responsibility to meet market share and profit objectives;
• Ensure the development and implementation of launch and tactical marketing plans that are in line with the local business strategy and meet agreed budget;
• Initiate, build and maintain strong relations with key opinion leaders at country and regional level in order to increase market presence for the assigned company products;
• Conduct regular visits and participate in symposiums, congresses and meetings in order to increase market presence for the company products;
•  Network with the sales force in and outside the field in order to get their buy-in and feedback on product strategy;
•  Collate feedback from the sales force that may affect performance of certain product and address any concerns;
• Plan and monitor marketing expenditure within agreed budgets and recommends action to correct any variance from the plan;
• Liaise with Medical, Compliance and Communication to develop promotional materials content in compliance with Sanofi standards;
•  Design market research and conduct data analysis to assess potential of certain products, and recommend action plans;
• Conduct competitive environment analysis in order to prepare counter plans for marketing the products and achieving targets;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Level: Higher Education (Degree of Pharmacy or other Healthcare related education is a plus);
• Experience: Minimum 3 years Marketing Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry;
• Mastery of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Fluent Ukrainian & Russian languages;
• Excellent analytical skills (good knowledge of marketing research, business analytics, ability to digest complex data quickly and effectively, able to present them in a simple and efficient way;
• Strong project management skills, strong team player and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
