Trainee at Business Operations Department

Sanofi Ukraine, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Trainee at Business Operations Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update of periodical reports on BO&S activities
• Participate in ad hoc analytical and reporting projects, supporting BO&S managers with data processing and analysis
• On-line analytical software update with the most recent data
• Development/improvement of BO&S dashboards, combining different sources of information
• Coordinate relationship with partners and other Sanofi functions. Manage documents flow related to the projects
• Test draft analytical developments. Align tested modules with internal customers / initiate and agree improvements
• Support trainings & events initiated by BO&S for Sanofi employees

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Young graduate or last University year student (preferably STEM fields with focus on statistics, math, economics, finance, etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Target and result oriented
• Upper-intermediate English
• Experienced PC (Excel is a must) and Internet user
