New Product Launch Manager

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of the New Product Launch Manager.

In order to implement market access potential of Sanofi in Ukraine, creating and showing compelling value propositions for the healthcare organizers, representatives of state authorities, patients, transforming the way of interaction and partnerships with our stakeholders, Ukrainian affiliate is seeking to strengthen Market Access team and looking for NPL Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Launches:

• Ensure rollout of the launches of new products in respect to agreed timelines;

• Contribute into identification and preparation of the projects of affiliate business development;

• Contribute into identification of opportunities, evaluation of feasibility and preparation for approval portfolio building projects;

• Value Access:
• Support creation of tailored value story in collaboration with business and functional stakeholders;
• Facilitate of HTA dossier development and relevant health economic supporting analysis;
• Central procurement coordination:
• Management of the tender preparation, main focal point between procurement agencies and affiliate;
• Coordination of tender reviews, deadlines, and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers;
• Reimbursement and pricing activities:
• Preparing and submitting necessary information for the products to the reimbursement organizations;
• Checking the prices of reference countries and assessing the effect of these prices on the current price levels and taking necessary actions (Reference price updates resulting without price impact/with price increase/with price decrease);
• Documents preparation and tracking on-time necessity for price registration/withdrawal;
• Administration of internal Group pricing tool.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;

• Project management skills;

• Knowledge in pharmaceutical business;

• Prior experience with marketing RX or business excellence or market access&pricing;

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;

• English -upper intermediate.
