Communication Specialist

SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Communication Manager (maternity leave position).

JOB PURPOSE:

To implement corporate communication activities at the affiliate level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage corporate communication projects - external and internal - in collaboration with medical and marketing teams, functions of business support to ensure the leading positions of the company on the market and among employees;
• Coordinate organization of communications projects and all related documentation with vendors, contractors as well as internal stakeholders;
• Create messaging; review and edit content of communications materials to ensure content meets established corporate communications standards and guidelines before publication. Ensure prior approvals are coordinated and obtained prior to any document dissemination;
• Prepare internal publications (newsletters, intranet, posters, videos, content for office TV etc.);
• Manage administrating corporate social media channel (Facebook page) and corporate web site;
• Participate in external and internal activities designed to strengthen corporate reputation and improve business performance;
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring, daily business activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: University degree preferably in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism or a related field is required;
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate communications in multinational companies or PR agency preferably specializing in pharma;
• Key knowledge/skills: Fluent English, Ukrainian, experienced PC user;
• Preferred: experience with content creation including design, online communication, photography, video production and social media strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications;
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills and the ability to tell an engaging story;
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently;
• Resourcefulness in solving problems;
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail;
• Robust work ethic.
