POSITION: HR Manager
LOCATION: Remote
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and executive search of IT specialists from junior to senior levels.
- Active search for candidates using a variety of channels and sources of information for each opened position.
- Execution of standard of HR processes and management of the employee lifecycle.
- Initial employee onboarding: preparation of all relevant employment documents, corporate and local policies acknowledgement, project compliance verification.
- Control of personal documents elaboration workflow.
- Administration of leave and vacation schedules.
- Maintenance and update of personal files and employee information in the HR management system.
- Assisting employees on various HR-related questions and requests.
- Establishing personal approach to each employee, coaching, working on team’s spirit, and so on.
- Cooperation with the foreign management team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ year experience in HR (hiring IT).
- English: Advanced level.
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
