POSITION:  HR Manager
LOCATION:  Remote

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and executive search of IT specialists from junior to senior levels.
• Active search for candidates using a variety of channels and sources of information for each opened position.
• Execution of standard of HR processes and management of the employee lifecycle.
• Initial employee onboarding: preparation of all relevant employment documents, corporate and local policies acknowledgement, project compliance verification.
• Control of personal documents elaboration workflow.
• Administration of leave and vacation schedules.
• Maintenance and update of personal files and employee information in the HR management system.
• Assisting employees on various HR-related questions and requests.
• Establishing personal approach to each employee, coaching, working on team’s spirit, and so on.
• Cooperation with the foreign management team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ year experience in HR (hiring IT).
• English: Advanced level.
• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
