Compensation Analyst

DRP is an international company, specializing in outsourced back-office and call center services for clients all over the world. We effectively manage all daily back-office processes for our clients around the world by our exceptional customer-oriented business philosophy.

We are looking for Compensation Analyst to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Incentive pay calculation for Sales and Marketing employees;
• Basic salary and payment adjustments validation;
• Preparation of monthly reports related to salaries and compensations;
• Keep detailed records on personnel, transactions, and policy;
• Keep a strong eye on the key KPI metrics that directly influence employee's compensation;
• Ongoing communication with key stakeholders for collecting necessary data and compensation approvals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of working experience as an analyst or compensation specialist in domains like Compensation and Finance;
• Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong knowledge of excel formulas, pivot tables, be able to deal with a large amount of data;
• Proficiency with compensation research and data analysis;
• Experience with BI tools such as QlikSense, Tableau would be a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to details and accuracy;
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
