Compensation Analyst
DRP is an international company, specializing in outsourced back-office and call center services for clients all over the world. We effectively manage all daily back-office processes for our clients around the world by our exceptional customer-oriented business philosophy.
We are looking for Compensation Analyst to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Incentive pay calculation for Sales and Marketing employees;
- Basic salary and payment adjustments validation;
- Preparation of monthly reports related to salaries and compensations;
- Keep detailed records on personnel, transactions, and policy;
- Keep a strong eye on the key KPI metrics that directly influence employee's compensation;
- Ongoing communication with key stakeholders for collecting necessary data and compensation approvals.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of working experience as an analyst or compensation specialist in domains like Compensation and Finance;
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong knowledge of excel formulas, pivot tables, be able to deal with a large amount of data;
- Proficiency with compensation research and data analysis;
- Experience with BI tools such as QlikSense, Tableau would be a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to details and accuracy;
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
