Junior analyst (Data collector)

CBRE Ukraine is currently looking for candidates for the Junior Analyst (Data collector) position to join our Marketing and Research team in Kyiv. The role will involve collating, interpreting, and presenting data to support the Marketing and Research team.

 DUTIES: 

• Monitoring, collecting, and interpreting data on economics, real estate market fundamentals, and capital markets 
• Data inputting/extracting into companies databases
• Managing databases and benchmarking datasets – track and analyze data to ensure databases are up-to-date and accurate
• Assisting in conducting market calculations and preparation of various market analyses and presentations
• Assisting in Ad-hoc research on real estate topics in response to client requests together with your senior colleagues
• Assisting in preparation of press releases and articles for the media
• Contribution to research publications produced by global teams

QUALIFICATIONS/BACKGROUND: 

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office – advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
• Advanced English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical and numerical skills 
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the team 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, ability to be self-oriented, and being able to prioritize the workload while paying attention to details 
• Previous experience in real estate/consulting companies will be a plus
