Requirements:
Being fluent in English and one of the following languages: German/Swedish/Norwegian;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and OS;
Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills;
Being able to work varied shifts and schedules including days, evenings, weekends, holidays;
Being able to handle stressful situations;
Knowledge of any GDS is a plus;
Work experience in the related field is a plus.
Responsibilities include a full range of customer service functions:
assisting the customers with online reservations, ticketing, making the changes to the reservations, answering inquiries about flight schedules, verifying reservations by phone, chat, email, figuring fares and handling payments, providing the full range of ancillary travel services.
