Amazon has moved commerce online. Our team has set itself an equally ambitious goal - to move services online.

It is not difficult to imagine how services such as medical advice, legal assistance and financial consulting will often be provided online in the future.

Our team is driving this revolution. To do this, we are rapidly scaling and growing the x4 team by the end of 2022.

We are looking for a strong Recruiter, ready to take responsibility for the process and result of hiring 15+ people every month for remote vacancies in our company.

Together we will build processes, scale the team to more than 100 people and create a real unicorn among online services.

About you:

  • You have experience in closing non-technical vacancies from the 1st year;

  • Your lever of English is Upper-intermediate or higher;

  • Don't be afraid of challenges, keep your focus on the result, not forgetting to enjoy the process ;)

Key tasks:

  • Full-cycle recruitment remote vacancies: Technical Support Specialist, Customer support agent, Billing agent. The recruiter is a full-fledged owner of the process, who is responsible for each stage and the final result;

  • Close cooperation with team members and Hiring Managers;

  • Development of a recruitment strategy, active involvement of hiring managers in the collection of recommendations;

  • Conducting HR interviews using modern approaches to evaluate candidates who meet the job requirements;

  • Candidate support at all stages of the recruiting process;

  • Work with ATS (BreezyHR).
