Junior associate/Paralegal (Domestic litigation)

International law firm INTEGRITES is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Junior associate / Paralegal in Domestic Litigation Practice to our fast-growing team in Kyiv.

We require:

• Law degree (education from a reputable Ukrainian university / LL.M degree is a plus);
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an international / leading Ukrainian law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a Dispute Resolution field;
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian;
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, administrative, and procedural law;
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
• Self-motivating, excellent communication and negotiation skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Key duties:

• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents;
• Legal research on various topics and work with public registers / databases;
• Preparation and submission of procedural documents;
• Attending court hearings, communication with clients, opponents, public bodies representatives, etc;
• Monitoring and coordinating projects in Domestic Litigation Practice;
• PR and BD activities.
