PR manager

INTEGRITES law firm is looking for a highly motivated and diligent PR manager to join our PR and marketing department in Kyiv.

This is an excellent career opportunity for an energetic and engaged junior to mid-level communications specialist who wants to gain experience of corporate communications in a law firm and grow as a communications professional in the field of legal services.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support with:

• Maintaining the profiles of the firm, individuals, practices and industry focus areas, in the international legal directories on the ongoing basis.
• Maintaining the track record of the firm: successful deals, recommendation letter base
• Assisting with the development of marketing materials, event management, media relations.

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Ensure the firm’s timely submissions to the international legal directories: drafting, editing, submitting, monitoring the results, reporting to the management board 
• Support foreign offices of the firm with the submission process
• Manage and update the firm’s project track record
• Assist with media relations (news releases, articles, comments)
• Assist with the development of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digests, leaflets)

Person Specification (Optional):

• 1-3 years of experience in PR 

Skills and Experience (Essential):

• English (advanced proficiency both writing and oral)
• Analytical thinking
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to process and analyze large volume of data 
• Ability to effectively multitask

Optional and desired:

• Experience in communications in a law firm 
• Experience in B2B
