International law firm INTEGRITES are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate in Energy and Real Estate practice to our rapidly growing team in Kyiv.

Key duties:

• Advising clients on various projects with focus on Energy related matters;
• Analysis of judicial practice re Energy and Real Estate cases;
• Drafting various legal documents, legal opinion, memorandums, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university;
• Western LL.M is an advantage;
• 3+ consecutive years of successful experience in in Energy and/or Real Estate practice;
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, Russian;
• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding technical and drafting skills;
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, ownership, reliability, proactiveness;
• Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently and in a team.
