Associate (Antitrust & Competition Practice)

NTEGRITES is CIS law firm with offices in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and representative offices in the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate (Antitrust & Competition Practice) to our rapidly growing team in Kyiv.

Key duties:

• Advising the clients on regulatory and antitrust matters;
• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents;
• Legal research on various topics. Analysis of court practice
• Direct client communication, both local and international;
• Participating in due diligence, external negotiations, client meetings, communication with government authorities (including communication during raids and inspections);
• Project management, time tracking and supervision / mentoring of junior lawyers;
• Non-billable activities (publications, speeches, participation in conferences, etc.).

Requirements:

• Law degree from a reputable university;
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience of working with regulatory and antitrust matters in a dedicated law firm practice, consultancy or dedicated workgroup of an in-house department;
• Working proficiency in English language. Proficiency in French or German languages is an advantage;
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and legal writing skills;
• Desire to work independently and to have control over one's professional growth;
• Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently or in a team;
• Proficiency with Office software, online resources and legal databases.
