Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Jooble startup. The role will focus on developing analytical solutions and tools to enhance the efficiency of a programmatic agency in job advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analysing large amounts of data to derive actionable insights and guide decision-making;
• Developing interactive dashboards for visualizing key performance indicators, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the team and stakeholders;
• Maintaining proper documentation of the developed dashboards and their logic and processes;
• Supporting the dashboards and resolving any issues with data quality on time;
• Automating routine procedures and sharing knowledge inside a team;
• Participating in the construction and improvement of data infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (Product / Marketing);
• Advanced level of SQL/Excel/Google Sheets;
• Advanced experience with visualization systems (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI);
• English language proficiency at least B1 level;
• Understanding of marketing metrics;
• Experience in building an analytical data warehouse;
• High level of communication skills;
• High level of self-organization & results orientation.
