Керівник IT проектів (IT Product/Project Manager)

Required Skills:

• Experience in the role of IT Project/Product Manager/Owner for at least 2 years and more
• English upper-intermediate level+
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle;
• knowledge of requirements management, and configuration management methodologies, along with corresponding support tools, i.e., JIRA, Confluence, etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise projects from initial conception to the final presentation slide.
• Project documentation development
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories;
• Customer development, which also includes work with integrators and partners in addition to customers
• Monitor project roadmap, scope, deadlines, and deliverables diligently.
• Vigilantly track project progress and address any challenges that arise.
• Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to ensure optimal project execution and successful outcomes.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate and work effectively as a part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software;

Nice to have:

• Technical background
• Experience with mixed Inhouse and Outsource/Outstaff models
• Understanding of SaaS products
