PAYOP opens up new opportunities for international online financial transactions to commercial entities, private entrepreneurs, merchants, freelancers and other professionals who needs to get payments globally or to enter new markets with a minimum bureaucracy and delays for launch.
The Account Manager is a person primarily responsible for retaining and growing the current revenue. This means the close work with internal colleagues and teams, managing, growing and developing a successful sales team. This is the position for the person who is ambitious enough, wants to grow as Accounting manager/Sales person and to progress in a global fast-growing Fintech company.
The successful Candidate will take a challenge to grow to the Senior Account Manager or CBDO position.

Tasks:
Managing and retaining existing clients, building long-lasting client relationships
Nurturing existing relationships to deliver increased revenue
Acquiring new revenue by growing, maintaining and leveraging existing contacts and turning them into commercial opportunities, and by upselling as well
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
Solving customer issues and requests
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Day-to-day communication with clients, analysis of their needs, primary interaction
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Working closely with product team to define the products, features and add-ons, to optimize sales efforts
Identifying new commercial opportunities and segments to increase the revenue
Provide periodic updates and reporting to the executive management, feedback on trends (competitor insight, customer needs, sales and lead information, product and marketing requirements)
Requirements:
Similar experience 1+ year
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong networking and communication skills
Ability to resolve conflict situations, consultative approach
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Advanced English & Russian (spoken and written)
Ability to work in team and meet the deadlines
Clarity, consistency, attention to detail, punctuality
High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines
Flexibility, readiness to work in the startup mode at the stage of establishing the operations of the office
Ideally used to work with international markets
It would be a plus:
Experience in finances, IT, fintech, gaming, digital products, ecommerce industry
