Codiv Ukraine is looking for a talented and result-oriented HR/Recruiter, who will be responsible for recruiting and building efficient HR processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hr/recruiting;
- Good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT job market;
- Successful experience in closing vacancies of Middle/Senior levels;
- Understanding of IT technology basics;
- Confidence in on-boarding of a newcomers, general HR procedures;
- Responsible and independent in the organization of his/her own working process;
- Good communication and empathic skills.
What will you do?
- Providing full cycle of recruitment;
- Conducting such processes as recruiting, onboarding, adaptation, motivation of employees, performance review, 1:1 meeting, exit interview, etc;
- Create job descriptions together with managers;
- Maintaining candidates' database;
- Build an efficient general HR processes;
- Deliver continuous organizational and productivity improvements.
