HR/Recruiter

Codiv Ukraine is looking for a talented and result-oriented HR/Recruiter, who will be responsible for recruiting and building efficient HR processes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in hr/recruiting;
• Good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT job market;
• Successful experience in closing vacancies of Middle/Senior levels;
• Understanding of IT technology basics;
• Confidence in on-boarding of a newcomers, general HR procedures;
• Responsible and independent in the organization of his/her own working process;
• Good communication and empathic skills.

What will you do?

• Providing full cycle of recruitment;
• Conducting such processes as recruiting, onboarding, adaptation, motivation of employees, performance review, 1:1 meeting, exit interview, etc;
• Create job descriptions together with managers;
• Maintaining candidates' database;
• Build an efficient general HR processes;
• Deliver continuous organizational and productivity improvements.
