Lead Generation Specialist (outbound)

Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Lead Generation in UK/EU IT markets;
- English Language Requirements: Advanced/Fluent;
- Strong management skills;
- Ability to solve analytical problems, excellent research skills;
- Experience in building, mentoring and training lead generating teams;
- Strong knowledge of automated tools for outbound lead generation;
- Experience with such platforms as LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s Sales -Navigator, etc.;
- Ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of problems and constant improvement of the lead
generation process;
- Enhancing lead generation services in order to facilitate the sales
process;
- Managing the existing customer relationships and playing an active
role in the development as well as the building of new ones;
- Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate information and
activity reports in the CRM system;
- Close cooperation with sales and marketing teams.
