Your profile

To be successful in the role, you have:

• 3 years of experience in Analytical role
• Proven analytical abilities and attentiveness to details
• Good understanding of Retail business, P&L knowledge
• Proven experience of working with accounting and costs follow-up
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (with excellent Excel skills)
• Multicultural experience
• Good written and spoken English, and local language/s.

Moreover, you have good communication skills and capability to influence the team. Ability to take responsibility from start to end, work cross-functionally with colleagues to achieve common goals and keep deadlines. Ability to build trustful relationships and motivate others, to work effectively in a multinational/global organization, to communicate and present clearly within specific area of expertise and ability to work and perform with flexibility and simplicity.

About the job

In this role, you will provide support for Kyiv city Store team with careful cost tracking and follow-up, you will highlight our IKEA value of cost-consciousness with your everyday assignment. You will support with budgeting & forecasting processes, run reports, analyze as well as support organization with cost management.

About the assignment

You will be part of Business Navigation & Operations team, reporting to the Business Navigation & Operations Manager (Ukraine), and you will:

• Perform deep analysis of financial results

• Prepare regular and on ad-hoc reports and performance updates

• Analyze current costs and propose action plan to reduce them, actively work cross-functionally with other departments to implement it

• Actively contribute to the process of budgeting and financial planning for the Store & E-commerce

• Track actual invoices in internal system and distributing costs between business units and cost centers, make sure all departments are following the procedure

• Drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values
