Currently we are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager 

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in IT sphere 2+ years.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment.

In-depth knowledge of various tools and channels for searching/attraction candidates, professional social media platforms, job boards.

A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.

Impactful presentation style.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.

Upper Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage candidate pipelines.

Creatively attract new talent using multiple sources.

Serve as brand ambassador at various gamedev/IT/recruiting events events.

Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.

Coordinates the pre-employment background process.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks.

Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

Build a candidate network that relies on proactive sourcing techniques and on-going candidate engagement.
