Recruitment Operations Specialist (TA Unit)

We are looking for a result-oriented Recruitment Operations Specialist with high attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

What you will do:

• Continually improve the recruitment process, solving problems and producing solutions, while offering suggestions and alternatives
• Building out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance
• Provide presentations to all stakeholders on findings and dynamics
• Manage the company’s job boards and ensure quality assurance of job descriptions
• Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends and insights on the labour market to drive future recruitment activity
• Working with internal Applicant Tracking System Breezy HR

About you:

• Experience with Excel (Power BI/Data Studio as a plus)
• Ability to create qualitative presentations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as meet deadlines
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to details
• Result-orientation
