Marketing Manager (Universe)

Genesis - is a full-cycle international product ІТ-company. More than 1500 people in 8 countries, who create products for 220 million users monthly. We are the most high-loaded company in the country and one of the largest partner of Facebook, Google, Snapchat and Apple in the CEE region. Genesis ecosystem consists of more than 15 companies and the investment fund.

Universe - business unit in Genesis, which creates useful utility apps and interesting casual games for the whole world. We have successfully launched 6 products, which were installed by more than 20 000 000 people within less than 2 years. Our apps are regularly in AppStore/Google Play TOP-3 in their category rated in average 4,5*. We are experienced in new products launching and scaling on developed markets, which gives great opportunities for the development of our team members. Now we need Marketing Manager who will develop new creative concepts and engage them with users in mobile applications.

Your tasks:

• Create and optimize worldwide marketing campaigns at TOP platforms (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, CPA networks)
• Analyze and monitor performance of ad campaigns
• Perform A/B testing to maximize conversion funnel
• Lead the creative materials design;
• Develop strong data driven hypotheses and new ideas

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in marketing/analytics or FMCG сompanies
• Understanding the basics of digital marketing
• Good analytical skills and love for working with numbers
•  Upper-Intermediate English level
• Enthusiastic and curious life attitude
• Ability to learn fast and achieve goals
• Being proactive and fast-learning

Will be a plus:

• Degree in Economics (marketing, cybernetics, finance)
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals: segmentation, CPA/CPC/CPM/EPC/EPV, A/B testing
