What we expect from you

Hard Skils:

• Experience in IT researching/recruiting is a plus
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level
• Ability to correspond correctly and create attractive texts/proposals
• Have understanding of IT market trends and differences between technologies/ IT positions
• Ability to represent information and negotiate confidently

Soft skills:

• Fast-learner and resourceful individual
• Result and quality-oriented, with high standarts of work
• Communicative and able to win anybody over
• Ability to listen and understand the goals of different people
• Have good analytical skills

What you will do:

• You'll perform the full recruitment lifecycle to produce the best possible outcome for Genesis
• Develop sourcing strategy working closely to hiring managers
• Build long-term relationships with talents and strengthen the employer brand
