In-house Lawyer

Company: International trade company

Requirements:

• University degree in Law
• Work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in trade company
• Good knowledge of general Civil law: corporate, contracts, liability
• Legal English - upper-intermediate (both oral and written)
• Attentive to details
• Strong analytical and communicative skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks, learn fast

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, amending various types of contractual and corporate documentation (contracts, letters, powers of attorneys, reports, presentations, etc.)
• Ensure compliance to the internal purchasing procedure (tender documentation, contractors' check (statutory documents, open sources, etc.), NDAs, Codes of Conduct)
• Translations of legal & related documents
• Communication with counterparties, public notary, translators, courts, various state & local bodies & authorities; reporting to the authorities
• Documentation flow administration (systematization, mailing, registration, archiving)
• Other support the project may require
