Front Office Duty Manager
An exciting opportunity for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Hospitality professional to join the Executive Team at Ramada Encore. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the highest guest satisfaction, to enjoy standing out in the crowd and maintaining excellent relationship with all internal and external guests.
The Duty Manager is responsible to ensure the professional and effective running of the day-to-day Front Office operation in accordance with all standards with Policies and Procedures.
The background and experience in hotel Front Office / Guest Relation areas is required.
Main tasks
Assist the Front Office Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
Assists the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Assist the Front Office Manager with setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
Conduct monthly communication meetings, in the absence of the Front Office Manager, and produce minutes
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and guest handling skills
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
