Front Desk Manager | Guest Relation Manager

An exciting opportunity for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Hospitality professional to join the Executive Team at DBI Hotels & Resorts. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the highest guest satisfaction, to enjoy standing out in the crowd and maintaining excellent relationship with all internal and external guests.

The Guest Relation Manager | Front Desk Manager is responsible to ensure the professional and effective running of the day-to-day Front Office operation in accordance with all standards with DBI Policies and Procedures.

The background and experience in hotel Front Office / Guest Relation areas is required.

Main tasks

  • To oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards while serving the guests
  • To evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • To maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • To monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
  • To conduct monthly meetings
  • Previous supervisory hotel experience is must
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and guest handling skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
