Compliance agent (English desk)

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• monitor, verify, identify and investigate inconsistencies regarding the existing requirements daily.
• provide support to the Customer Support Team.
• monitor customer activity and identify inconsistent behavior on a daily basis.
• investigate accounts and transactions to ensure their compliance with existing requirements.
• review new prospects of KYC documents to ensure they meet our requirements as well as determine the overall risk of their business model.
• help refine tools and practices to optimize manual reviews.
• collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, finance, developers, analysts, marketing managers and group management) to oversee activities and enforce compliance programs and activities.
• draft and implement compliance documentation (policies, programs, etc.).
