Billing Officer

Prosperity Case is looking for a Billing Clerk!

Requirements:

• fluent / upper intermediate English, especially written
• work background and/or education in finance, economics or accounting
• good analytical skills and critical thinking
• experience with CRM is a plus
• quick-thinker and fast learner
• knowledge of Excel
• detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• handling pay-out requests on a daily basis
• processing payments and keeping respective records
• keeping customer files and balances updated
• providing regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports to the Head of Finance

What we offer:

• ability to work from home during quarantine
• a comfortable office near Kontraktova Ploshcha after quarantine
• $750 salary
• schedule 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• a great team, always ready to help:)

We don't require you to be super-experienced (although it would be a plus). If you have all the requirements we need, we will happy to teach you!
