If you are not afraid of challenges and looking for personal development, you have a great opportunity today! Decathlon Ukraine is hiring a Logistics Manager with at least 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: Warehouse Logistics, Fulfillment, E-commerce Logistics.

YOUR ROLE: To develop and lead Domestic Logistics Operations according to the needs of the company (warehouse logistics, e-commerce operations, last-mile deliveries, B2B etc.).    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and improve in-stores logistics activities (goods flow from unloading, reception, storage, picking and shipment to final customer)

• Develop e-commerce logistics to satisfy needs of online business and guarantee customer satisfaction (improve last-mile deliveries, picking/packing efficiency etc.)  

• Lead the Project of the 3PL Warehouse opening 

• Design and set up organization of all warehouse activities: (Inbound operations: unloading, reception of goods, storage; Outbound operations: picking, packing, courier shipment; Returns; Inventories; Courier deliveries; etc.)

• Lead the process of integration with 3PL provider through a clear roadmap (Tender, IT integration, stock, cash tills, processes...)

• Manage the cost and timing of Warehouse launching

• Coordinate daily activities in the Warehouse (Inbound operations: unloading, reception of goods, storage

• Outbound operations: picking, packing, order preparation etc.) 

• Coordinate  last mile deliveries (courier shipments)

• Manage daily communication between Decathlon team and 3PL Provider (stock level update, status of orders, deliveries, anomalies etc.)     

• Manage inventories     

• Manage return of goods 

• Control the stock - availability, shortage, stock lifetime

• Manage performance of 3PL Provider (productivity, quality of provided services)

• Control the cost for all activities

• Control lead time of all activities

• Manage documentation flow (TTN, invoices, agreements etc.)
  
  

WHO ARE YOU

• You have at least 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: Warehouse Logistics, Fulfillment, E-commerce Logistics.  

• You love sport and the spirit of the sport: the game, the rules, the strategy, the victory and the pleasure of all

• You love to work as a team, not as an alone specialist     

• You have a pioneer-startup mindset, agile and flexible

• You speak English, Ukrainian/Russian fluently. The knowledge of French is not compulsory but would be an asset

• You are a reference in organization, able to be precise, meticulous and prioritize any task under stress

• You have good negotiation skills

• You love people, users, customers and products

• You are customer oriented, you take initiatives, you can mobilize resources to guarantee on-time results

• You need to be at ease with technical tools that you will use on a daily basis

• Experience in E-commerce logistics projects will be an advantage     

• Managerial experience is a plus
