Decathlon Ukraine is expanding its Production Team in Kiev. We are responsible to industrialize, produce in Ukraine and supply sport goods, in collaboration with local industrial partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing new potential industrial partners according to Decathlon Standards & Decathlon needs.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of your products by implementing QA and QC organization.
• Develop & industrialize new products according to technical specifications.
• Build up partnerships between Decathlon and our Suppliers.
• Improvement of the social conditions at our suppliers.
• Ensure that environmental and toxicology rules are respected.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You love people and the spirit of the sport: the game, the rules, the strategy, the victory and the pleasure of all.
• As member of the team that will build a successfull long term activity, you have a pioneer-startup mindset
• You have good negotiation skills.
• You are resistant to stress and have good capacity of managing conflicts.
• Honest and committed, you apply Decathlon Social and Environmental charters with conviction and determination.
• You speak English, Ukrainian/Russian. French is a big asset.
• You have an engineering background, with ideally an experience in related industry.
• 3-5 years experience in industry
