You are going to shape teams across Germany, Ukraine and Spain by hiring top talent. You are the one turning permanent and temporary, contingency and contractor requirements, and lead market mapping (perceptual, positioning), contributing to our practice, and our programs to increase competence for managers regarding talent acquisition.

This role will be based in our lovely office right on beautiful Obolon Naberezhna, Minska st.

Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Specialist:

• Conducting direct searches via LinkedIn mainly for Sales roles for Berlin and Kiev offices
• Conducts job interviews for the job positions
• Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
• Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
• Acts as a point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
