Customer Support Representative to Warsaw

About client:

The logistics company with more than 10 years of experience in the USA. Every employee will receive proper training and all the tools that would give you a great opportunity to learn much more about the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supporting logistics process;
• Day-to-day communication with customers;
• Working with data according to this field;
• Taking part in calls from clients and vendors (big priority);
• Providing great interpersonal and communication skills to all customers;
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Working conditions:

• The schedule: Shifts 14:00-23:00; 15:00-23:30; 22:00-6:30 (Mon-Fr );  13:00-21.00(Mon-Fr);  05:00—13:30 (Mon-Fr);

Required skills:

• B2 English is a MUST
• PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred);
