At this point, Zelh is looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients in Architectural field.


Responsibilities:

  • Manages both partial scope and full scope projects
  • Directs project correspondences by reviewing project proposals, generating project workflows, coordinating them between departments (Ex. Designers, Engineers, and Admin Staff) to maintain project deadlines, maintain quality service, and ensure project deliverables are completed and provided to the client.
  • Coordinates all project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed/saved.
  • Facilitates all necessary meetings including; but not limited to, HOA board meetings, Building Department meetings, and project staff meetings.
  • Maintains project schedules and budgeted hours.
  • Manages special scope and system implementation projects as requested by the Senior Project Manager.
  • Reports to Senior Project Manager.
  • Submission and Coordination of building permits and other supporting permits which are required for building permits issuance, with building permitting agencies.
  • Resource planning.
  • Work with the projects documentation.
  • Managing full scope, partial scope projects.
  • Ensuring projects move through these systems efficiently.


Working conditions:

  • Work week schedule: Monday-Friday - 15:00 – 00:00 (Kyiv time)

Job requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience with project management unrelated Architectural/Engineering fields
  • or 1-3 years of experience with project management in related Architectural/Engineering fields
  • Advanced English
