HR manager with knowledge of English

Our client, multinational company is searching for HR with English to join their team in Lviv. If you proficient in English, or know other foreign languages - we are searching exactly for you!

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Execute activities in processing in SAP hire/ rehire, transfer, promotion etc
• Manage in SAP work schedules, resolve anomalies, manage absences / attendances, evaluate time, reporting;
• Manage additional and recurring payments and deductions;
• Prepare internal reporting and reporting state authorities;
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide required information using available resources, follow up calls where necessary;
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
• Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Best Practices;

Our main requirements are:

• University degree
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel) and SAP - essential but not mandatory
• Good analytical, communication and time management skills;
• Attention to details
• Ability to work with big volume of data
• Knowledge of English on intermediate and higher level
• Proficiency in other foreign languages will be considered as a big advantage
