Head of Sales

Our company is about Financial Education. An international fintech company with an office in Kyiv (Ukraine) searches for a Sales Manager to join their team in the head office. The salary and bonuses are to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

• Leading role in creating sales structure for the company in fintech project with worldwide targeting;
• Creation of sales WEB structure;
• Collaboration with Marketing;
• Risk management;
• Structure calculating;
• Contracts and outsource team management.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Finance is a plus);
• Experience of work in Multi-level marketing companies
• 3+ years of proven Sales experience in similar industries;
• Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (including business and legal);
• Ability to think in a structured way, analyze data and prioritize workload;
• Contract management and business negotiations experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Working knowledge of CRM systems.

Will be a strong advantage:

• Portfolio from MLM companies and Fintech;
• Experience in forex trading/securities/options/derivatives/betting.
